CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A ORDER?
At this time, we do not accept returns — all sales are final.
We only offer exchanges if there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, size, or a defect). To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Important:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.To start an exchange or report an issue, please email us at KXJAPPAREL@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
We strive to ship out orders as soon as possible! We will email you when your order has been shipped. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY ORDER?
Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and an additional 7–14 business days for delivery via our standard shipping method.
While we always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible, some delays may be beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re working hard to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS IF THEY DONT FIT?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for items due to sizing or fit. No exceptions.
We encourage customers to double-check sizing information before placing an order.However, if there was an error on our part — such as receiving the wrong item, size, or a damaged product — please contact us at KXJAPPAREL@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

WHATS THE TIME FRAME FOR PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-order items typically take 4–6 weeks to produce and ship, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Once your pre-order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Pre-orders are made-to-order and help us reduce waste, so we appreciate your patience and support while we bring your pieces to life.
